Requirements:

1.     Education background: bachelor degree or above;

2.     Professional requirement: civil and relevant majors.

3.     Age requirement: 32 years old of above;

4.     Experience: above 8 years project management experience in the construction industry, senior engineer title, has the rich large area project design management and construction management experience, can effectively organize and control design, contract (cost), construction process and quality and foreign-related contact work;

5.     Knowledge skills: be familiar with building design specifications, design drawings, proficient in construction related technology, ISO9000 relevant knowledge, etc.;

6.     A real estate industry experience is preferred.

Responsibility:
1.Lead project team and manage project by following defined project process and system, ensuring successful project completion and handover within specified timeframe, stipulated budget and with high quality;
2.Carry out the projects with assessing tendering,  negotiating contract, assembling project team,

Requirements:
1.Degree of Civil Engineering, Construction management or M&E Engineering
2.At least 7 years of relevant work in civil engineering, M&E engineering and construction management
3.Familiarity with government approvals process;
4.Competent in both written and spoken English;
5.Ability to understand commercial;
6.Be able to travel.

5.     Familiar with hvac and electrical system design and materials/equipment type selection (including specifications, technical parameters, etc.), independently of the alternative schemes, optimization design work;

6.     Familiar with and master mechanical and electrical installation construction standard and standard, familiar with hvac and mechanical and electrical engineering construction technology, construction process and related inspection standard.
