AL graduated from the Monash University, Australia with a double major in Electrical Engineering and Computer Systems. He began his career in Intel a Fortune 50 company and has over 20 years of working experience. He has always been passionate in the field of learning and development and over the years he has coached and trained many engineers and professionals. An excellent communication coach he has worked with many C-levels and board members of public listed companies across South East Asia. Highly respected and sought after trainer, he is a certified trainer with the Malaysian Government and a member of Association of Talent Development (USA).
