With over 25 years of experience TS Chin is one of the core member of Unique Construction Consulting. A native from Penang, Malaysia, he holds a Bachelor of Science, majoring in Housing, Building and Planning. TS began his career in Malaysia with several industrial factories managing negotiation and site planning. TS had spent the past 20 years in China working on various construction projects throughout China. Fluent in Mandarin and English and having been immersed in the local culture, TS is the ideal Project Director. His negotiation skills coupled with an in depth knowledge of construction guidelines such as statutory and regulatory permits as well as approval process in China has made his an invaluable member of the Unique family.

His meticulous and detailed methodology has served many of our partners well. His project management skills has seen him successfully complete multi-faceted projects, mixed development projects; multi-national industrial manufacturing facilities and campus; high end corporate office and condominium buildings; hotels; exhibition and convention centres; logistics warehouses; and major civil infrastructure. He has been responsible for projects such as development of water treatment plant in Shanghai, to development of a manufacturing facility for Intel in Chengdu.
