[PM.SH] Restart of Value Retail Suzhou Village Phase II

Value Retail Group our partner for over 5 years has  recently committed to bring one of their shopping villages concepts to Yangcheng  Lake, Suzhou.

Value Retail Suzhou Village Phase II has just began in May 2017 and the design teamfrom UCC is led by April Chen, who is also responsible for the coordination andcommunication among key stakeholders.
