[PM] Close-out stage of STATS ChipPAC Relocation Project Phase 1

UCC started the SCC Phase 1 construction on 25th Aug 2015 and the project was completed on 1st Nov 2015. Our role includes testing, balancing and adjusting of the clean-room system. We closed all our deliverables again with 0 safety incident. New contract is on the way to continue the other phases of work.
