Lead by Deputy GM TS Chin, CW Tin, Al Ooi and Emma Li PA to President, conducted a 2 day site visit at Lei Shing Hong Shenyang Mercedes Benz Northeast Center on 31st Oct 2015.
The visit started with Daily Induction workshop, a recap of ongoing activities from yesterday then with some warm up exercises. From then the team proceeded to conduct a site walk to ensure open items are closes as well as to identify new gaps. Site walk also serves as a safety inspection as safety is the number 1 priority in all Unique work sites.
After lunch the visiting was then taken to see how entrance inspection was done at the entrance checkpoint. Following that, an internal site walk was conducted to follow up on issues of the day as well as a tour of work’s facilities. The team then proceed to the meeting room to view PM/CM & Design Management processes; Safety, Quality Assurance & Control (safety assessment & assembly); the PM tools & protocol. Discussion was centered around training and evaluation with respect to Leadership, Strategic Planning, Customer and Market Focus, Measurement, Analysis and Knowledge Management, Workforce Focus ,Process Management, etc.
