On August 2017, UCC with Zhongnan Industrial Group, and successfully become the project management consultant of its subsidiary, JLT Automotive (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. Our team led by Mr. John Ooi and Mr. CW Tin held the kick-off meeting with the owner on August 14th, which sees the start of Zhongnan Taicang Phase I Project.
Zhongnan Industrial Group is a Chinese supplier that specializes in automobile rubber parts manufacturing. This project is located in Taicang, Jiangsu, with a total area of about 34,000 square meters, will be in two phase. The current phase 1 is expected to be completed in October 2018.
