ULAD conducted a full day Emergenetics workshop for Inter-Continental Hotel Group China. This workshop was attended by IHG HR China management team. The response was overwhelming positive as they each discovered their preference and began to understand their team and themselves. Using Emergenetics, everyone can discover everyone’s unrealized potential by understanding their own preferences by looking to a person’s genetic makeup as well as life experience. Emergenetics is a psychometric tool that transcend labeling individual or team, rather it’s a tool to recognizes individual/team’s thinking and behavioral preferences. It’s a proven and measurable way to recognize and apply thinking and behavioral patterns people use regularly.
This enhances team synergy and appreciation. Helping individuals to think and understand that there is always a gap between “Intend” and “Impact” and how one can bridge this. ULAD is one of the few certified Emergenetics organization in China region. In addition, this tool is great to enhance hiring process, new employee orientation program and key talent development programs. This tool is widely used across industries in organizations such as; Starwood Group, Citibank, Millers Coors, Wyndham, Western Union, Singapore Management University to name a few.
