Suzhou Village, a new luxury shopping destination located in the heart of historic Suzhou on the shores of the Yang Cheng Lake, opened in May 2014.
In June 2016, Value Retails will open their first shopping mall, Shanghai Village located just outside of the Disneyland Shanghai. Building upon their success in Suzhou, Value Retail has begun their Suzhou Village Phase II.
Recognized for our professionalism Unique Construction Consultant (UCC) has once again been selected to lead this project. Project Director Mr. John Ooi and team was mobilized on site on March 1st 2016.
UCC’s role has been expanded to manage this project from end to end. The Design team is led by Design Manager Bobby Loh, who is also responsible for the overall communication among key stakeholders. Jimmy Tan will be managing the commercial aspect of the project.
